RE: Hotmail - Access Denied

This also has happened to my Hotmail Plus account i have used for almost 10

years.
What is going on and how can we get MSN to let us get our im****tant 
information out of the closed accounts?
I have filled out the requests to get my account access without avail. I 
have phoned billing without success. Tech sup****t finally emailed me back 
7days after i filed the request and still will not tell me what i did
wrong 
with the email account. This really stinks as I know I did nothing wrong.
I agree with earlier post, we should be able to somehow get at least 1 
chance to redeem whatever went wrong and get our precious files out of the

"closed account".
did you get any help? Were you able to access your account yet.
I have not been allowed in my inbox since Nov. 6th.  Nov. 14th I called 
Billing and cancelled my charges beings i cannot access the account.
Somehow i feel something beyond my knowledge has corrupted my email and 
maybe the others here on this post. How can so many of us be in this same 
dilemma?
sure wish MSN could figure a way to really see us longtime account holders

are not the problem, and give us a chance to get our info out of the
account 
and TELL us what is wrong so we can try to prevent future violations.
