Display and printing of text cells in Excel 2008

by Clive Williamson <c.williamson@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 10, 2008 at 04:12 PM

I have a spreadsheet created in Excel 2004 on which one cell (actually
several cells, all merged) has a large block of text - probably about 400
words. The cell has been set to wrap text and aligned to justify.

When I open the spreadsheet in Excel 2008 the text appears as I expect but
when I try to print (or even preview) it I only get the first line, and
nothing I can do will persuade the printer to print out (or preview) the
full text of the cell. Opening the same spreadsheet in Excel 2004
everything
behaves as it should including printing.

Anyone have any idea of what's going on and why this isn't working?
