Macro setting

Hi,

I am a PC user but my friend has a MAC. In his Excel 2004 he wants to use
an 
Excelfile that is created in PC environment and the file has some macros. 
These macros don´t run in his MAC. Where are the settings for macros in
MAC? 
Can you help me with this?
