Actually, I have such an SE/30 card, an Asante MacCon SE/30 PDS
Ethernet card, and it has the standard RJ-45 Ethernet ****t in addition
to an 8-pin ****t:

I have two such cards (another similar one also from Asante for the
first-model SE). From experience, I can tell you this is a *great*
card - works flawlessly, and is worth every penny if you can manage to
get your hands on one. With mine, my little SE/30, Zippy, runs a 24/7
web server here:

Incidentally, I see one of these on auction RIGHT NOW, so you may want
to jump on it!:

If you want to win this auction, I highly advise you not to bid until
the very last minute (I'm talking 30 seconds or less, depending on your
connection speed and how comfortable you are that you can get your bid
to go through in that amount of time) and bid *high* to ensure you win
(a.k.a. "sniping").

Re: sniping - In case you are not aware, when you bid high (let's say
you choose $62.50) what'll happen is eBay will automatically bid just
high enough to beat the current highest bid (in this case $49.95), then
eBay will look for anyone else who has bid higher, and will
automatically increase their bid just enough to beat yours. eBay will
automatically go back and forth like that until the highest bidder wins
- this all happens very fast, so don't give anyone a chance to manually
up their bid - just wait until the last 30 seconds, bid as high as you
want, and cross your fingers! Also, in case you're not aware, there
are a coupe (maybe three) pages you go through when you bid, the last
once being a confirmation page. So at about 1 minute remaining,
Iusually go ahead and start the bid and get it all the way to the last
confirmation page, so that at the 30-20 second mark, I can just click
"Bid" on that page to have my bid go through at the last second. ; )

Good luck!
