Smart Folder problems

Hi. I have an intel IMac running 10.5.3.

I created a Smart Folder and then removed it from the Sidebar.

I then created a second Smart Folder with the same name as the previous 
Smart Folder.  I got a message saying the name was already in use.  i 
did a search for the first Smart Folder and i couldn't find it with 
Spotlight.  I have no idea where it is or how I can find it.  Any 
suggestions?

Also, I changed the second Smart Folder's name.  When I open the folder, 
the proper name appears in the menu bar.  But the name "New Smart 
Folder" still exists in the Sidebar.  Is this a bug?
