For what it's worth, Google Earth is a prime example of Gregory Weston's 
comment about spotting Qt apps a mile away.  It's functional, but it 
just reeks of a development team putting cross-platform convenience 
ahead of native look and feel.  I don't use Opera so I can't comment on 
that.
