Apple runs a unix-****ting mailing list. Have a look at:

      <http://lists.apple.com/mailman/listinfo>

Either one, or both, of the groups you posted to here might be relevant,
if your question is specific to Darwin/Mac OS X. Otherwise, generic *nix
programming discussion can be found at comp.unix.programmer.
