I would start by removing dev tools and reinstalling, because my WAG is
that one
of the Xcode sup****t files is damaged.
You can remove dev tools using /Developer/Tools/uninstall-devtools.pl.

PS. I'd be checking my RAM and disk at this point, to rule out a hardware
cause
of file corruption.
