Sherm was perhaps a bit underspecific. To my knowledge, the only people 
who currently have access to the SDK at all work at Apple. It is possible 
that there are a very few people at large third-party companies whom Apple

is allowing access under no doubt very strict terms. The sort of 
freelancers you hope to contact have no more idea what the SDK will look 
like than you or I, so quibbling over what exactly constitutes an NDA 
violation is kind of missing the point.
