Well, the developer couldn't give him details of iPhone development, but
would it violate the NDA for a developer to listen to his idea, and then
respond with:
1. "I'm sorry. I will have to decline bidding on your project."
or
2. "I would be happy to build your specified application, starting as
soon as the SDK is released to the public. It will take N weeks and it
will cost of $X dollars."
