The iPhone SDK hasn't been released to the public yet. Anyone who could
potentially tell you about it has signed an NDA that prevents them from
doing so.
To put it another way, anyone who responds to your inquiries with concrete
information is breaking a signed contract with Apple. Do you imagine that
they'd have any greater respect for a signed contract with yourself?
