I recommend posting your requirement on MacFreelancer.com. Make sure you
write a detailed request, and that way the market will give you an
indication of cost and you can track the bids. It'll save you the
hassle of creating your own website and weeding through the crap.
Reason I recommend MacFreelancer is that I get updates from them about
projects submitted and it's the place that pops into my mind as where
I would probably invest my freelancing programming time.
