Duh, no kidding. Why do you want to know the information? What do you
intend
to do with it?
The reason that's im****tant is, the only effective difference in Server is
the addition of some management applications and utilities. But, those can
be installed on "vanilla" Mac OS X as well, or removed from Server. For
that
reason, a far more effective approach would be to check for the service
and/
or utility you need, instead of making (potentially faulty) assumptions
based on the OS version.
Note that if you'd simply answered the "why" question to begin with, or
better still, given the relevant information in your original question,
you
may well have received an answer by now, instead of requests for more
info.
