I'm considering providing one of these '.lproj' folders to an
application developper whose product I find interesting.
Not being a developer myself, I feel a bit worried at the idea of
installing the Gigabyte-like Devloper tools found on my OSX DVDs just
for this.
My understanding is that all I need is the command-line nibtools and
some GUI over it (I even found for this a free "NibTranslate" on
OSXapps).
But how to extract and install only nibtools (or only the minimal subset
of the Dev Tools I need)? Is there an easy way?
