GCC 4.0.1 will compile:

C
C++
Objective C
&
Objective C++

The standard Unix languages are also included:
as, awk, bash, lex, m4, troff, yacc


emacs includes a lisp interpreter.

And the standard Macintosh languages:
/Applications/AppleScript/Script Editor
/Applications/Automator
