I can highly recomend Aaron Hillegass' "Cocoa Programming for Mac OS X"
3rd edition. It only uses XCode and IB (so no makefiles) but it's one of
the finest tutorials for Cocoa around.

Make sure you get the 3rd edition though, as the 2nd edition uses an
older version of XCode and IB and would be confusing. IB changed quite a
lot.
