No, you're going to the right site.  It looks like your account with 
Apple has been accidentally configured to show what's supposed to be the 
Apple-internal version of the page.  You're doing the right thing but 
the site is giving you the wrong stuff.  You need to contact Apple by 
email and ask them to fix it.
