No, but the pages you're seeing deviate quite a bit from those I see. I
might hazard a guess that you've somehow ended up with an admin or
engineer's login rather than a normal user account.
Examples of differences:
My pages say "Bug Re****ter" at the top instead of "RadarWeb."
My nav-bar has "Home," "New Problem" and "My Originated Problems" and
none of those "Find xxx" links, "Config Manager" or "Email Preferences".
Below the nav bar on the Home page is just the idle time warning. None
of things you have. It's the word "workload" on your screenshot that
makes me think you've got an Apple-internal account of some sort.
My New Problem screen does not include the idle timeout warning, does
not have the picture (?) and attachment links, and has a somewhat
different layout for the elements that *are* there.
