apple remote (infrared)

Hi,

I am trying to findout baud rate for Apple remote 
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apple_Remote)

So far I managed so far to get some readings of it is: 2400 bps, Marked 
parity, 8 bits, 1 stop

Problem is that I get same reading for Next and Play buttons (means: I got

something wrong)

Can someone help?

(btw I am making it for PC to use it with itunes, using infrared receiver 
Actysys 220L)
