I have three old Apple programs: Apple Printer Utility version 2.1.1,
Desktop Printer Utility version 1.3 and LaserWriter Utility version
7.6.2. I do not recall which one can turn off the startup page, but
suspect it was the LaserWriter Utility. (I don't have a working OS 7 or
8 machine to try it on right now.)
