I've networked a G4 desktop, an ibook, and an HP C4180 printer
using an Air****t Extreme. At first, I attached the printer directly to
the desktop computer and shared it. That worked fine, but the desktop
had to be always powered up in order to print from the laptop.
I hooked the printer directly to the Air****t Extreme and set it
up again. Everything still works fine, but the desktop computer has to
be turned on (like before) in order for the ibook to see the printer.
So, I still can't print from the laptop without turning on the
desktop. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
