Directly connected, or through a network connection to some other
computer? I found on the similar Epson Stylus Photo R200 that it was
difficult to get this set up, and then it started working for me all the
time.
In the Page Setup dialog box: did you choose format for Epson Stylus
Photo R300, and set the paper size to A4, ****trait orientation, 100% ?
In the Print dialog box, on the "Epson Print CD" selection of the popup
menu, when you press the "Tray" button, Is it set to "Tray 2"?
The symptoms you describe are consistent with the software trying to
print using the default printer tray, instead of the special one that is
actuallly the CD carrier.
