The solution for using HP Scan should come from HP.  You might look 
around their web site for an update to the driver(s), or contact them.

Another approach is to purchase a 3rd party scan program.  One such 
program is Hamrick's VueScan.app.  Check their web site at
<http://www.hamrick.com/>
to see if your PSC 750 is listed.  You can 
download a demo version to verify it works.

I've heard that you can't scan wirelessly, but that may have been fixed 
in Leopard.
