The thing is, everyone using that printer on a Mac has the same driver
with the same options or lack thereof, and this problem doesn't happen
to everyone using the printer, so we need to determine what's different
in your situation.

I recall that some Epson Photo printers use two types of black ink
interchangeably in one slot, but I don't know whether the R200 is one of
those.  I remember a client having printing issues once because he was
using the inappropriate type for the job at hand.
