Tangent to original subject (followups set accordingly):
I've been a Mac user for ages, but I've hated all mice Apple has
produced since they switched to USB. Their last decent mouse was the
final ADB one (circa 1997).
I started using a third party 2-button mouse then, and since then have
been using third party 2-button mice with a scrollwheel. My current
preferred brand is Logitech, and my main ****table mouse is the V450
model.
On my MacBook Pro, I have no problem with the single trackpad button,
because the trackpad sup****ts two-finger tap to do a right click, and
two-finger drag to scroll.
