We are setting up a 4800 Pro and are wondering how to set up a custom
paper size for 17" roll paper. It seems that when you set up a custom
size, you can't pick "Roll Paper" from the drop down list. The manual
says to first pick a roll size from the list in Page Setup. When we do
that, say, A2 Roll, Page Setup shows a paper of 17" X 20 something. We
set a new paper size or 17 X 12. Then, when we go to Print, there is
"A2 Roll Borderless". We didn't set "Borderless", just A2 Roll.
Failure comes when the printer says that this paper size cannot print
borderless.
I'm guessing there's a particular sequence of settings that I'm just
not seeing.
Any ideas?
