Stolen MacBook/PowerBook database?

by Tom Kraemer <tkraemer+csmp@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 12, 2008 at 02:03 PM

Ex-girlfriend is looking to buy a used MacBook Pro off craigslist,
I've been enlisted to check it out to see if it's OK to buy. I seem to
recall one of the Mac news sites had a listing of stolen laptop
serials to check, but google is not helping at the moment. I checked
on stolen911.com with no hits, but I was wondering if there was
another couple of listings I could check before telling her to go
ahead and buy it, without having her getting busted for receiving
stolen property.

TIA.
