I am running 10.4.11 on a MacBook Pro with the latest Air****t updates.
When we get a hit on the power line I lose my wireless connection while
the modem and router reboot. However, once they are up I can not
re-establish the connection. I have tried turning Air****t off and back
on but that doesn't work. The only cure is to restart the computer.
Once restarted the connection is reestablished. This tells me there is
something getting set or unset in the wireless driver that is not
resetting properly. Is there a better (faster) solution than restarting
the computer?
