OS X 10.4.11 saving WEP for wireless network

by Robert Peirce <bob@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > May 3, 2008 at 02:38 PM

My son-in-law recently changed his router and provided me with a new WEP
password. I followed the instructions to click "Other", select the
password form and enter it. This gets me on but the computer is not
remembering the password. I have to re-enter it every time I log on.

What do I need to do to get the computer to remember the password in the
keychain? When I look at the keychain entry for the network, the
password is there and seems to be correct, but the system isn't
recognizing it when I log on.
