sorting in Supercard 4.1.2

Hello,

has anybody an idea how to sort strings correctly with SuperCard 4.1.2?
The sortField xtnd returns uncorrect results. According to the
programmers this should be corrected in the new version but I am
unwilling to pay another $99 for an update that corrects things which
are already implemented in HyperCard.
