some 12 years before OSX appears. He mentions the work of Ted Nelson, 
talks about SketchPad, HyperText, SmallTalk and the idea of HyperCard 
for Unix believe it or not.

 Macintosh + Mathmatica = Infinity: Steven Wolfram of Mathematica fame
