Re: Operating system failure

I have picked the icon, clicked on it, and it does nothing. If I hit enter,
it goes to another screen with an icon that looks like a 3.5 floppy disk.
Inside this icon is a blinking question mark. It stays there for several
mintues and then the computer shuts off.
