My Lacie ext. DVD drive doesn't read dvd's RW (- and +) but read dvd-r/
+r and cd's.
I have tried with different dvd's brand, TDK and MAGNEX, and this ext.
drive is connect with a mac-mini core solo via FireWire.
I used either Toast Titanium 7.1.2 and Mac Osx internal burning
software.
I have patched the drive with latest lacie dvd firmware and dvd tools.
I have also the same problem in the mac-mini internal drive, it
doesn't recognize cd's but only DVD's !
Any suggestion?
