Bracket on PB Aluminum 15" 1.67G Hard Drive...Possible stripped

by "Jonathan Eugenio / Citrix Systems Senior SE" <jeugenio@[EMAIL PROTECTED] May 27, 2008 at 12:25 AM

Folks,

I have a bit of a problem, I'm in the middle of replacing my dead 80GB
hard drive in my beloved PB G4. It has however thrown me a bit of a
snag as the bracket that holds in the hard drive has two screws that
look like they may be stripped. They're in there pretty doggone good
and I'm using a 00 screwdriver with no avail. I'd like to get this
drive out and get on with the new drive and replacement...and
eventually get on with my life but I can't get the doggone drive out.
Does anyone have any thoughts for me to possibly assist me with this
problem?

Thanks,

FG.
