I don't know about Safari and Camino, but in Firefox, this is easy. One 
of the big benefits of Firefox is its ability to accept plug-ins. Go to 
http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php
and download the Video 
Downloader plug-in. Since Youtube videos are flash files, you also need 
something like iSquint to convert them to Quicktime format. You can get 
iSquint at http://www.isquint.com
