Good question, the answer is as simple or complicated as you have 
time! Simple: You use html text and style it with css. It will 
then scale to fit any screen. Highly recommended and best 
practice realy, it is the pictures that count on your site. No 
need to compete with too much other art! Complex: you can make a 
reasonably big pic, maybe slightly bigger than yours, of the text 
and then specify it be dimensioned according to the em of the 
font size. And then it too will scale. Fabulous on Macs, 
sometimes not so great o Windows with its lousy blotchy screen 
rendering. I am off to the beach soon, been working since 6 this

No software on earth can master and implement the more modern 
ideas for web development for you. This does not mean not to ever 
use such. It means that you will be better able to use these auto 
tools when you know what their limitations are and how to better 
control them and alter their outputs.
