I can imagine. You know what I reckon? I reckon you are someone 
who actually appreciates economy, and so i now recommend you 
start to get ready to chuck the cause of this line in your html:

<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Freeway 4 Pro 4.3.1">

Know what I mean? 

I mean it is time soon, old chap, to be studying some HTML, some 
CSS, to download TextWrangler and so on...

Without the tables (I am not criticizing you here), you could 
reduce this much much further.

Even with tables but without the Freeway 4 Pro 4.3.1 generator, 
being rid of stuff like:

you could be getting leaner and meaner! 

You would do all this spacing in css. (simply put, you would 
specify margins and padding to the cells and not need pictures of 
nothing to go in between pictures of something!)

You would hive off the css in the head to a separate linked file 
reducing the html yet further and it goes on and on...
