First let me say that I'm really thinking more about DVD movies, but
since gamers are always way ahead of everybody else regarding the latest
and greatest hardware I thought I'd ask here.
I'm looking for a way to get Dolby and/or DTS out of my G4s, one DT, one
PB. That means a USB solution (so I can move it between computers, if
need be). I know that with Apple's DVD Player, I need something with
S/PDIF output.
So -- I already know about the M-Audio Sonica Theater. I have also heard
of the Griffin FireWave, which has been vapourware for over a year now.
Surely there must be more Mac possibilities???
Also what about speakers? The Logitech Z-5400s look like they might do
for me. Any opinions about them? Or other ideas?
