Spotted: a flight of five F/A-18s in a loose formation on a northerly
course
between Whidbey Island and Quimper Penninsula at approximately 3:30 PM
PDT.
Flying at about 2,000ft at an estimated 400 knots. When spotted, they were
too far away to make out any details, other than that they were painted a
medium-gray on their upper surfaces.
