Myst V EOA Use of DVD

I'd like to protect my Myst V DVD.  Presently I have to start the game
with my original DVD in the DVD drive to play, ( copy protected).  Is
there a way to make an image of the master Myst V DVD, or some other
work-around to stop using the original DVD.
