I suppose that funky folder name might be causing problems.  Try:

     cd /Applications/Games/Dark\ Castle\ 3\ Ÿ/
     xattr -l Dark\ Castle\ 3.app
     xattr -d com.apple.quarantine Dark\ Castle\ 3.app
