Aspyr's still around, and announced that they'd release a new Sims
expansion soon, iirc. Their website lists the following upcoming
releases:
Mac
Virtual Villagers
Travelogue 360 Paris
The Sims=99 Pet Stories
There's also been a bit of rumbling that Aspyr sees themselves as the
perfect partner for Transgaming to *sup****t* the games Transgaming
****ts with Cider. Sounds like a great fit to me, and they've done it
before with Transgaming a few years back:

Now Aspyr hasn't done a Madden ****t since Madden 2000. The new one is
by Transgaming with Cider, a [gross, inaccurate oversimplification
follows!!] Windows emulator of sorts based on WINE, I think. I don't
have an Intel Mac now, but if I did, I'd likely shell out for
MacMadden if the prices are the same. If there are more Transgaming
****ts, I think it bodes well for a third "golden" (gilded?) age of Mac
gaming, but less well for Aspyr on the Mac.
