DHCP Address Leases drops the entry on client reboots

by "MurthyKaipa" <u42810@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Apr 9, 2008 at 11:13 AM

Hi,

Facing an issue with my DHCP server which is running on windows 2003
server.

1) Once client machine reboots, the entry on DHCP server under "address
leases" drops during client startup. Tried with windows XP, windows 2003
as
clients.

2) Client still gets the same IP address & shows proper "scope options".

3) If i try "ipconfig/renew" it will record the entry in DHCP server under
"address leases".

Please suggest a workaround if any one faced this issue before.

Thanks,
-Kaipa
