Echoed.
I recall spending time in Sony's monitor plants talking to engineers
about the (negligible) difference in the monitors they sold. We were
talking about air traffic control that night, but it applies to many
industries -- they are tricked into paying HUGE prices for hardware.

Tricking a buyer is always wrong.
Even when you think it's a company, not people.
Even if you think 'they can afford it.'
Even if you have something against that industry.
Even if others get away with it.
