Where did I say she was a criminal? What she's doing is perfectly legal, 
via a loophole John McCain is partially responsible for.

Um... last time I checked, it's not hypocritical to defend one person 
from a baseless charge while pointing out that another person has done 
something wrong.

What *is* hypocritical is saying you won't leverage your wife's immense 
wealth in your campaign, and claiming to be a voice for campaign finance 
reform... and then flying on her jet for cheap because the FEC didn't 
have the necessary quorum to close the family jet loophole, which they 
wanted to do in December. Oh, and taking lots of money from insider 
lobbyists while claiming to be a "maverick".
