Listen, Asshat, you are just running from the fact that you are wrong.  As

far as education being "web based" what do you even mean?  I have taken
some 
online cl***** and some are excellent and others suck ass.

I do know I called APC, makers of battery backups and asked their techs
what 
the difference was.  They told me there was none.
