It seems it's a image created by some fax programs for microsoft.

Could be missing mime types, not sure, but don't appear for Linux
x86/Sparc64/AMD64/PPC either, so it's not widely sup****ted. Write an
e-mail to
them and complain that the image type isn't widely sup****ted, which makes
the
pages to be blank for people not using the virus infested microsoft stuff.
