That's several years old, isn't it? (Granted, the OP's "updated" is 
extremely vague... :))

AFAIK the only browser still in active development for Mac OS pre-X is 
iCab. Given that IMO it's also the best browser *and* still free, Mac OS 
pre-X users have nothing to complain :)
