I need to use CW 8.3 and I can't switch compiler but the localtime bug
(no timezone ) that affects CodeWarrior is driving me crazy. Anyone has
a solution to this issue? Is there a way to patch the MSL libraries in
order to have a "localtime" routine that uses the right timezone?
