Problem running Carbon app under OS 9

I'm having a problem running my Carbon application under OS 9.  I think it 
has to do with window & dialog PPob resources not being found, or being 
incorrectly placed in the project.  I'm building with CW 9.5 and using CW 
8.3 to debug for Classic mode.  When I run in OS X or inside of a Classic 
window in OS X, the application runs ok.  But when I boot in OS 9.2.2,
with 
the CarbonLib extension, the application crashes.  When I debug, the crash

is happening right when LWindow is trying to load the PPob resource for
the 
window.
